ICL Ukraine was established in 2005 as a majority joint venture between GWH and a local partner. Its facilities are conveniently located at the Nikolayev port on the Black Sea, currently serving clients in nearby Turkey and in mediterranean area. Additional production capacities next to strategically important railway terminals have been recently developed. 

All wood chipping activities are currently operating on a 24-hour, 7 days-a-week basis to maximize production capacity.

Reforestation agreement concluded with the Ukrainian ministry of Forestry and deployed to local forestry consortiums until 2020.
